Warcraft 3 The Frozen Throne.
His name is Lord Garithos, and he was the leader of the survivors of The Kingdom of Lordaeron during the third war.
In the end he was killed by the Dreadlord Varimathras when he was double crossed by Sylvannas Windrunner.
No xenos? No Problem! Lord Garithos hates anything that is non human and especially elves! so he will fit well in 40k setting and maybe perhaps as an Inquisitor of the Ordo Puritans?
In fact, I think he got isekai'd into warcraft 3 during the warp travel or something lol xD!
