3I started the video by going into the Umbral Realm and Soulflayed a Umbral Belly for the Nohuta Ritual Hammer.
Then I made my way across the Platforms, then climbed a ladder and used the Effigy. Went up the slope and came across the Vestige of the Betrayed Eliard.
While looking around the area I found the spell Inferno Weapon behind the Shrine of Adyr and some Charred Fingers at the edge of the opening(with corpses).
Acquired the Crimson Ritual Fervour gesture from interacting with the Shrine.
Not sure where to find or get Severed Hands from.
After all that I went back across the bridge and started to explore the top of the Tower. After defeating the reaper like enemy I Soulflayed my way across and cleared out the area and started to go up the tower until I was blocked and had to find an Effigy to climb up the rest.
While exploring the tower I found these items Snake Oil Grenade, Stillness Hood, Umbral Eye of Hooded Antuli, Trelos Rune, Animated Vigor Skull, Fitzroy's Helm, Armour, Gauntlets, Leggings and Umbral Scouring.
Ended the video by dying while trying to flee the group of enemies.
