Lords of Thunder - Part 1 (RG162a)
18Arcade shoot 'em ups are one of my favorite genres of video games, and yet I hardly ever play them on my channel. Well that changes today! Lords of Thunder is an absolutely awesome game that has been released for the Turbo Grafx CD, Sega CD, and Wii Virtual Console, and if you are a fan of shmups then I definitely recommend checking it out!
Much like in Mega Man, at the beginning of the game you are given a choice between six different stages to play. You are also given a choice of using the Wind Armor, Earth Armor, Water Armor, or Fire Armor, each of which has different attacks and will be useful in different stages. The game also implements a shop system which allows you to buy items to help you out throughout the game. Overall Lords of Thunder incorporates awesome gameplay, music, and graphics into one really awesome game, and even if it's not the kind of thing that you would usually play, I hope that you will at least give my video a chance, and listen to why I think you should give it a try!
