Hey everyone's it's been awhile since I've last uploaded, but I'm back. I haven't quit, I've been pretty much just grinding and following my plan back in June to get ready for Kakul Saydon. Today I wanted to talk about a pretty big issue that has been plaguing Lost Ark since the start, I'm pretty sure most of you have noticed it by now... inflation is out of control. How do we fix it? Well... this is not a easy fix and the main crux of the issue stems from the bot & rmt problem in Lost Ark. I've been thinking about this issue for awhile and came up with some ideas on how to fix it. This is purely a opinion piece and whether you agree or disagree with my take or have a different idea, let me know down in the comments below.

I really like Lost Ark and want it to succeed, however I can't turn a blind eye to the major issues that are occurring right now which really punishes the player base. The bot issue in Lost Ark is just accelerating the burnout of regular players. Botting & RMT is a endless cycle and AGS & Smilegate can continue to do their regular ban waves, however regular players are punished for just simply playing the game and grinding to "keep up." Yes they don't have to keep up, but lets be real a lot of us would like to try out the new raids on release day with good builds. On top of banning bots, I think Smilegate should take the approach of devaluing Gold. If banning bots is a lost cause, make it so players don't have to be reliant on Gold as much for key things in the game that make the gameplay enjoyable.

You could easy just save the gold over time to get the build that you want and I could probably do it for a 5x3 character within 2 months with buying legendary books too. However the price is quite steep & the amount of time it takes to get that build take awhile. This 2 month timeframe increases though if inflation continues to rise, seeing how our income is pretty fixed for the most part besides selling some unbound mats & lucky drops. It doesn't really encourage you to try out different builds & to test out a lot of characters.

The only way we are heard is if we make sure AGS & Smilegate hear our complaints and hope that they do something sooner rather then later.
