To get to secret Mokoko Seed (#6) you have to do the following
- Play on Hard
- Get special Buff from the first boss arena.
You have to pick it up within 60s from the boss battle start.
Stealth Robe is a must if you're playing solo.
Locate the buff, it can be anywhere near the trees.
Be sure that the boss is not aiming at you and use the Robe.
- Get second buff from the 3rd boss.
You can do that by interacting with the boss while she's in the middle.
Those two buffs will allow you to open secret room before final Boss fight.
