This case is started at Yokohama 99, and meeting the client at Wette Kitchen gives you the full story, a father is hiring Yagami to watch over his kid who's going to do a simple errand, and Kaito is tagging along!

The first part of the tail is really simple, just follow Kaito's example and... wait until the red marker appears.

Once you get there, the real fun begins as you'll have to follow the kid in an... unpractical situation! You'll need to move when he's not looking and stop when he is, the game lets you mess up a bit, it seems (Unless that's just mandatory? I don't know). And at the end, make sure to give the thugs a demonic grimace!

After a few more scenes, the case will be closed and you'll get the Memoirs of an Eagle, unlocking the Raptorial Spirit ability for the Crane style!
