How to find the Chrono Spritnite in Lost Sphear and unlock the trophy Wisdom Beyond Time and the skill Meteor (no commentary).

After getting the new winger and being able to access the moon, the end game side quests for each character will become available. In order to complete Obaro's side quest and get the Chrono Spritnite for one of his abilities, you need to travel to Ragness Ruins by boat. There will be a cutscene once you reach the shores.
