Low G Man (NES) All Secret Bonus Levels
Low G Man: The Low Gravity Man (or simply Low G Man) is a futuristic action video game developed by KID for the Nintendo Entertainment System. The game includes a password feature for players to restore their progress after receiving a game over screen.
This video game was unusual for a science fiction game in that rather than the usual laser gun weapon, the player had a freeze ray that did no damage to enemies; once they were frozen, the player had to stab them from the top or bottom with an extending spear. Other weapons included fireballs, boomerangs, 'force-waves,' and bombs. The name of the game derives from the protagonist's high-powered jumping, which at its maximum power reaches three screen-heights; this allows the player to kill enemies without freezing them, which generated more power-ups. The plot was a typical alien invasion scenario, in which evil aliens took over a robot-manufacturing planet.
You are the Low Gravity Man! When powered up, you can jump one and three quarters screens high. Capture and use enemy vehicles, including the spider vehicle which can crawl on ceilings. Catch and power up enemy weapons, and much, much more. Your mission is to take back the robot-producing exploration planet from the evil aliens before they reprogram all of the robots for the destruction of the human race. Includes password, infinite continue, and multiple quests for long-term enjoyment!
The year is 2284, and the human race has perfected space travel and is colonizing the galaxy. To help out, robots of all types are used in exploring new planets. There are even entire planets dedicated to manufacturing new robots. But then an alien race captured one of the robot manufacturing planets and reprogrammed the robots to destroy humans! Now it's up to you to go in and take back the planet. Using a low gravity backpack, you have the ability to jump higher than normally possible. You also have a wide variety of weapons to help battle the robots guarding the planet, and additional weapons can be found by destroying certain robots. Some robots will be riding in vehicles. If you destroy the driver, you can capture the vehicle to help you out on your mission.
