Here's what I was trying to say but couldn't because fuck these missions:

The Berkley's RC Van is the rarest vehicle in the game. It isn't supposed to spawn regularly, but has a very miniscule chance of spawning due to a glitch. Its regular spawn points, when it does spawn, is usually around the desert and around Zero's RC shop.

There. I said it. Now let's get these stupid missions over with.
