Luc Explains: Pokemon Cheating, VGCs, and New Pokegen? (PKHeX)
Like, comment and subscribe! (It really helps!)
So, before I go into full explanation of the video, let me know in the comments your thoughts on this whole debacle because... I'd just like to see.
Now, my thoughts...
I don't mind cheating in Pokemon really, if it is legal, then hey, more power to you, you didn't waste any time whatsoever and legit looking Pokemon.
HOWEVER!... If you are "caught" in this cheat, where you have something that is obvious in battle such as a Lucario using Ice Punch in a "Kalos Born" competition when Lucario only learns it via move tutor in 5th gen right now, then I have a problem and believe you should be disqualified for being caught in this act. (Hell, I even check myself just in case due to the whole debacle of Shiny Jirachi not being transferable through Pokemon Bank, even though I don't need to because I know everything I breed in this game is good to go and not illegal at all)
Now, that's to say I've worked my butt off with breeding, whether it's for perfect IVs or near perfect shiny Pokemon according to this screenshot of my current egg hatch count.

However again, this takes time (and one reason why my videos may take some time to go up) so those that say "people can't use that excuse" I'm almost positive a lot of my viewers would like more videos and less "me breeding" I'm pretty sure as well, same could be same with other people in other ways. This is why I am not against it unless it is sloppily done, so much that you are actually seen breaking the rules... even if it is an illegal Pokeball on a 6th generation Pokemon.
Kinda why after hearing that a certain 3 time winner of the world champions was caught with an Aegislash in a Dream Ball and his excuse was:
"I have maybe 60 hours of gametime and I couldn't tell you the difference between a dream ball and a dusk ball, so I had absolutely no idea it was in a dream ball."
... that is a rather poor excuse for someone that is so good at battling, he doesn't know what ball is rare, and what isn't. (It'd be like him using a Cherish Ball on a Pokemon not knowing it's an event exclusive Pokeball)
Also, something else he said:
"Basically someone who I'm not going to mention because people might troll them over this and I don't want that to happen, unknowingly bred a presumably hacked dream ball Aegislash and the ball passed down from one of the parents, so the completely legit baby Aegislash ended up having a dream ball too."
Well, something I show at the end of the video:

You can't use "your friend" as an excuse, it even says "illegal Pokemon AND ITEMS" which I'm pretty sure if they did a "Bag Check" and found 99 Masterballs in your bag in the game, that would count... which brings me to another point, people HAVE been disqualified at a tourney I went to YEARS ago for having that amount of Masterballs in their bag.
Either way, the Pokemon Tourney referees in my honest opinion, would have DQ'd anyone else for something small (since I remember going to competitions and taking forever for the first round due to half the people being DQ'd from it), but because it was a 3 time winning world champion, "lets just let him off the hook, not even giving him a warning"
And "cheating without knowing" or even knowing still gets you some bad rep and even penalized severely IRL as well, examples I use in the video include:
- Forged Evidence in Court (even if the attorney did not know)
- Fixing games, so that gamblers could win big in money
- If the police pulls you over, and you are caught for DUI barely because of a spiked drink (as in someone added alcohol to it, not something like roofies), you will still be arrested even if you didn't know because you are still "under the influence" even if you are "buzzed driving"
"But even so Luc, you can't Pokegen 6th generation Pokemon!"

That up there, is an image of something called "Cyber Save Editor" being sold, exclusively for Japanese 3DS systems. Unlike Powersaves, which limits you to certain codes only because Datel for some reason wants full power of hacks... don't ask me why... Cyber Save Editor is something that can make you have your own codes and edit saves yourself.
"But wait Luc, that doesn't seem easy to Pokege-"

"...oh"
Yeah, wanted that Shiny Hoopa with perfect stats? Pretty sure you could do it if you had a Japanese 3DS, a Japanese physical copy of the game and Cyber Save Editor like, now.
I'm not linking where you can find it, google it yourself (which is why I blanked the name out of the user, even though he is known) but, it is possible, and it is easy as long as you have the hardware now.
So those that say "6th gen has no way to edit IVs and EVs of Pokemon" yeah... about that... there is.
That Shiny Hoopa you wanted with perfect stats in everything? Yeah, it can do that.
