I AM LUCHA MAN! And Welcome to Lucha Man reviews! Today I give my first impression of Miracle Workers. The series, based on my guess from the first episode of the show and the titles I saw from the On Demand menu, this series will last 15 episodes, give or take. As I reviewed Megalobox and found the amount of episodes short, I ditched my usual protocol and went back to a first impression of the show, rather than wait until i'm two or three episodes in.
PLEASE NOTE! This review is based on the entertainment factor, and I'm not going to go into a theological discussion.
The plot is that at Heaven inc. the BOSS is unhappy with how the world is going and is thinking about destroying it. Two employees, Eliza: Who wants to make a difference, and Craig: a guy who is a low level guy and formerly the only worker in the Department of Answered prayers, now have a new mission.
Get two people on earth to fall in love within two weeks, or it's all over.
Kind of funny, kind of dark, and some interesting people who are in the show. I'll check out the rest over time. For now, I give it a 9.5 out of 10. Depending how the next few episodes go, I at least have .5 to 1 points to work with.
