Sam starts out thinking he'll be playing Horizon for the daily quest, but, well, time makes fools of us all! That's okay, though. Flexibility is key in Apex Legends, and flexing into not realizing that the game accidentally picked a character you suck out loud as FOR you is just part of the fun! Right, Sam? Right? Yeaaaaaah, he'll be fine.
