Underwater Cave - A water level featuring an air meter. So collect the blue mushrooms to live! Not terribly difficult, thankfully.
Underground Castle - Thwomps alive! And not alive, in some cases, if you have the switch set the right way. This stage makes a bit of use of on/off switches to put in some trickier jumps, but it's pretty fair with them.
Black Switch Palace - Just a tiny bonus place. Nothing more to say, really. It's perfectly normal, there's nothing to it. Honest!
On Off Adventure - More like On Off Atrocity. This is the game's second trouble spot, and while the switch jumps themselves certainly contribute, the bigger offender is the generators. Why PaperMario94 thought the Super Koopa and Bullet Bill generators were a good mix with precise jumps, I will never understand.
Join me as I act all strategic, self-demonstrate, get careless with my health, goof up in a silly way, glitch through a block, lose my cool, guide a mole to safety, and break a gimmick.
