🏛 Congressional Power | Former Social Security Minister Carlos Lupi (PDT) said this Monday (September 8, 2025) that he did not inform President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) about irregularities within the INSS (National Institute of Social Security). He said his conversations with the Workers' Party member were limited to "macropolitics."
It was the rapporteur, Alfredo Gaspar (União-AL), who asked the former minister if Lula had been informed about the irregularities in association discounts. "No, not at all. In fact, conversations with the President of the Republic are always about macropolitics," Lupi replied.
