This series is dedicated to my challenges of games that meet the following criteria:
-Games related to Community Game-Along themes, hosted by me, apricotsushi, and capsulejay.
-Games celebrating their 30th anniversary.
-Or I will be challenged with a random set of games on the spot.
On the first episode of the greatly expanded Gauntlet season, I challenge Streets of Rage 2, the first of the six "pearl tower" games. Pearl tower being the set of games that saw a release in 1992. Why start with Streets of Rage 2? Because Yuzo Koshiro, that's why.
