Macbook Bricked (No OS,PW External USB Boot, Recovery not talking to Server) Solution Found
0If you are like me and have a 2017 and newer macbook.
and have the following issues:
1- OS has been cleared
2- Cannot Boot from USB Due to Security
3- Cannot remove USB boot lock due to no Account
4- Load all version of recovery and still error (Cannot talk to Server)

After reflashing bridgeOS on to my macbook air 13 2018, i was able to use recovery and install over the net just fine
