1- install the game

2- Change language

edit 3dmgame.ini file change language then save

3- Save location will be
Mad Max\3DMGAME\3DMGAME\remote

4-Mad Max FIXES :

- Game stop working or game wont start - run comptibility troubleshooter and run game as admin
- Black SCREEN - CHANGE TIMEZONE TO (UTC + 8:00) BEIJING, HONG KONG.
