Made for budget streamers: Wii-star HD capture card
23EDIT 2: So It's been about 10 months since reviewing this and 1 of my cards completely died after a few months. The other held up quite well but I found out it doesn't like using display port to hdmi converters in line, but works fine with a Display to HDMI Cable (Less failure points). So Buy at your own risk, and if you feel one might fail, just get two like I did. Still 1/10th the price of an elgato hd60, which have way more latency than these things anyway.
EDIT: Recently found out that while this card does support 4k 30hz input, it will severely crop the image, so I don't recommend it, I was going off the websites info at the time, and after testing for myself I found this out, sorry for the misinformation on the video.

This capture card review is pretty amazing, it's the cheapest capture card you can buy right now. It's created by Wiistar and it's actually a worthwhile elgato camlink replacement.
The capture card works well with consoles, cameras and phones.
so if you're starting out streaming, don't hesitate to get one of these for starting out.
