The grammophones (eyes): keep moving the levers on all grammophones that you encounter until you an eye pops up. You can get and keep only the eyes on two grammophones. It's random so keep trying.

opening the padlock: You need to verify the photographs with the number, from the first to the last. The numbers are not the same for each gameplay.
