Walkthrough
Move the tv pedestal to make light in various areas. Take the hammer from the right side. Remove the planks with the hammer.
Take the camera. (To interact with some objects you must Push the Middle Mouse (read the Legend). It's not very intuitive the first time. For example it will open the Present.)
Take the portrait.
Check the wall with a shadow of the portrait. It will think that a nail is necessary.
Go back and forth in the corridors and move the curtains that are appearing until you get the clock with a nail.
Hang the portrait with the nail and make a photo.
Open the door with the key.
Get the tape and the notebook from the red safe.
interact with the tape player so that the light goes out.
Go in the basement
Solve the puzzle of the buttons by moving them up or down (solve by trying).
Get the medallion.
Restart the Generator.
Play the Tape 1.
Get the triangle key in the kitchen.
Unlock the first part of the door with the triangle key (it will not open but you will not carry the item).
Open the red door in the basement, get the Shovel, try to open the Well with the shovel.

25:42 - red door in the basement - well
28:27 - get the Shovel and try to open the well
