Does Alice have enough strength to stand on her own two legs? And is She sane enough to know what she's trying to achieve? Yes to both of those. But don't be fooled, Madness Returns isn't without its flaws. But isn't that to be expected in a game that's set in an imperfect world?

Madness Returns is a slow methodical look through a world that everyone knows but is known by nobody. A story that is more focused on the journey rather than the destination.
