0During many combat encounters, enemies will throw Molotovs at you. They will always yell something like "you're gonna burn" before they throw it, so listen for those queues. If you shoot them after they light it but before they throw it, they will drop it at their own feet and burn it to death. Do that 10 times (in one game session) to earn this trophy.
If you want to farm, this early to get it out of the way, the mission against the Haitians is a good place. Right after you kill Baka and come out of the church, there are a couple of enemies down the hill in front of you with them. Try to kill them, then restart the checkpoint until you get to 10.
