So you look at the Footholders in this stage and go, "What the fuck am I looking at? Fuck that, I'm using my dog." And that's my experience with this stage. Just use Rush Jet to skip any and all Footholder sections. I don't think there's a single section where it'd be worth it to use the Footholders.

For probably the only room in the stage that extensively uses Junk Blocks, I use something I learned back in Warehouse of Conveyors. Rain Flush hits every Junk Block in the room, regardless of whether they're on screen or not. So I Rain Flush, then once the Junk Blocks are destroyed, I quickly make it over to the end of the room and CoilJet to get to the top.

As for the rest of the stage, I think the underwater sections with tons of Scuba Mets is a little annoying. With how many shots there are and how many Mets there are, it's really easy for a shot to sneak past Flame Mixer. Honestly, it might even be a better idea to use something like Homing Sniper or Rain Flush there instead. Also, the Trucker Joe is sorta difficult to kill quickly. Personally, I soften him up a bit with a few Homing Snipers then shove a bunch of Concrete Shots into him. I just don't have the right mashing finger to get all 6 shots of Concrete Shot in one jump. I've come close, but no cigar.

Gemini Man makes his only appearance of the game in this stage. He's actually kinda hard to get used to. The water physics makes using Search Snake on him a little cumbersome. I think the best strat might just to be to use Search Snake super close to Gemini Man.

This run beats the previous normal record, LINSHAO's 4:02. For improvements, both my boss fights were pretty blad. Also, there's a part with Moliers. You should be using Homing Sniper to kill those but I messed up, forgot where I was and used Flame Mixer while hopping over them. I think that loses some time you should be using to slide.
