Not a whole lot to say about this stage. Run right, Tengu Blade as much as possible, use Homing Sniper on the regular enemies, melt the midboss with Concrete Shot. I guess it should be noted that the MM6 Oil can mess with your jump heights sometimes if you're not paying attention. You may think you'll do a jump and exit the water normally, but passing through the MM6 Oil will make you lose a bit of momentum.

The Fleas at the first checkpoint are a little annoying. Trying to use Tengu Blade throughout that room relies a lot on the Fleas' RNG. You want the first and second Fleas to do a higher jump because if they don't you won't be able to get past them without taking knockback. Honestly, it's probably not even worth it to use Tengu Blade there. If you want, you can trade a couple frames and use Homing Sniper instead which works 90% of the time there.

The actual threat of the stage is Oil Man. He's another very RNG-dependent boss. You want him to not use his sled attack because he's invincible during it. The best RNG is probably him walking over and then jumping up and shooting you. It's fine if he starts with a jump as well. So long as he ends up doing the shooting attack. You also have to be careful about hitting him while he's doing the attack. You have to jump at just the right height to not get owned by the MM6 Oil fire, but also enough to hit him with Flame Mixer. Actually, thinking on it, it might actually be viable to just toss the shield upwards while he's doing the attack and then switching Flame Mixer off and on to make another shield to toss up. Means there's probably a lower chance that one of the oil shots would make it past Flame Mixer and hit you too.

This run beats the previous normal record, MystSvin's 1:36. For improvements, I think it's just the Oil Man fight. If you could get hits in faster, then you've got it.
