Old monks head wrap, Kris blade, ring of magical sharpness, homing soul arrow, and some good armor just to be safe.
Tips:
With King Allant being… well old. He’s going to be walking around very slowly until he goes for an attack. Then he’s super fast boi! Thankfully he telegraphs his attacks making them easy to dodge. When he goes for the “tornado attack” (idk what else to call it) you can just attack him and he’ll stop instantly. I do recommend the homing soul arrow mainly because you can stay mobile while it locks on and attacks the target for you whereas when I tried fire storm it can be relatively inconsistent as to how much damage he’ll take and sometimes it won’t instantly kill him. At least that’s my experience on new game plus when I played it the first time around fire storm did one shot him for me.
