Well, CryoIceray mentioned to me that using Empress might be required to unlock Black Pierrot right now, strange as it might sound. So, I started trying this with Empress, and I eventually accomplished this. It's not quite as high as what I had just scored with Star, but it's still a very nice score. And, I S-ranked 6 of the first 9 stages, and every stage was cleared in less than 40 seconds (with the longest taking about 33 seconds), but still no Black Pierrot...

It was suggested that I try playing on Insane as well, but I had a lot of trouble 1cc-ing Normal with Empress for some reason, and I'm having no luck with her on Insane or even Hard right now. Maybe I'll try using some other characters and see if I have any luck with them.
