In terms of decoration, this is definitely the most unique level I've played, with his super distinct style and really awesome energy, this is one of my favourite levels in terms of overall deco style and quality.
As for the gameplay, it's surprisingly sight readable despite seeming intimidating to learn at first - it gets so god damn consistent once you learn it, and it's an absolute blast. Maybe with the exception of the start of the robot at 80% and the choke point at 47% - other than that it's great.
This is definitely an Insane Demon, it's really hard in the early stages but it gets SUPER consistent!
