A blind playthrough of one of the entries for Make a Good Mega Man Level Contest 3, recorded for my own personal reference during the judging process (but shared with you because you might find it interesting). This video was recorded before the level was excluded for seemingly malicious design, excessive difficulty for the contest's target audience (rendering the level effectively unbeatable, rather than just skip-worthy), and having no way for the devteam to address these issues without fundamentally altering the level's identity.

From the contest rules: "Your level must be beatable. Issues that can be fixed without fundamentally altering the level (eg, forgetting to place an Energy Element at the end of the level) may result in modification or disqualification, but widespread or complicated issues that make a level effectively impossible to beat are grounds for exclusion."

"For any additional cases (such as blatant troll levels), your level can be excluded at judge discretion if there is unanimous agreement from all five judges."

"Exclusion means the level will not appear in the final game, period. There will be no references to the level (regardless of the effort put into the excluded level); it will be treated as though it was never created or submitted."
