Major Havoc Gameplay
1Made by Atari in 1983. Also known as The Adventures Of Major Havoc according to the game's marquee. In this arcade game, you are Major Havoc, a leader of a litter of clones of you as you fight for humanity by destroying the Vax motherships. Your shield can destroy 1 robot or fireball, but can block bullets from the robots numerous times. Each stage has you fly the Catastrofighter in space to destroy the attacking ships the Vaxxian motherships send out, or navigate through a maze to reach the mothership on some levels. Once you do reach the mothership, Major Havoc needs oxygen to survive, so pick up many dots as possible when you reach the mothership's reactor to escape. And another fun fact: when you eject garbage from the Catastrofighter by pressing the shoot button, you will notice a little game of Breakout appear on the right side of the screen.
