Yo peeps what's up!?! So paying for minutes is just out right annoying. And if you have unlimited data or often near a wifi network then what's the point? Making and receiving free phone calls is quick and easy. Here's what you need to do.
1. Sign up for a Google Voice account. It's free and only takes a few minutes. Google voice provides you with a free phone number which you can distribute and share to anyone. https://www.google.com/voice/b/0#inbox
2. Download the Google voice app for your phone or tablet. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.googlevoice&feature=search_result
3. Download Groove IP for your phone or tablet. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.snrblabs.grooveip&feature=search_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEsImNvbS5zbnJibGFicy5ncm9vdmVpcCJd
4. In Groove IP sign in with your gmail username and password. And that's it. Now whenever you call a number you have the option to use Groove IP which is completely free because it's using data via wifi or mobile data (of course make sure you have unlimited data)
