This registry edit will cause any exe that is named eldorado to run in high priority. Eldorado is the name of Halo Online's exe.
Forgot to mention:
In high priority, the cpu is able to complete its part of the rendering process in less time. This enables the gpu to start its part earlier and finish earlier, translating to an increase in framerate.
