All habits are effective. Both good and bad. You repeat them because they’re effective.
Back to the beginning, BE DO HAVE does each habit help me BE what I want to be?
“Does this behavior help me become the type of person I wish to be? Does this habit cast a vote for or against my desired identity?”
Don’t get down on yourself. Don’t be judge mental. You just did something great by doing the scorecard. Let it just be a measure.
