Bored of a fish fillet? Cut it into three pieces and plait it!
Ingredients:
Fillet of fish (can be anything but here I've used a large barramundi)
Shallots/spring onions
Ginger
Light Soy Sauce

Step by step:
1. Cut fish into three long strips evenly length ways
2. Plait fish like your plait your hair
3. Slice some ginger and shallots and garnish
4. Prepare boiling water in wok (enough to steam but not too much you cover your plate - ensure you have something at the bottom to hold the plate...if you don't, you can use another bowl or something to prop it up so the plate doesn't touch the wok.)

At about 7 minutes, check the fish by piercing it with a knife. If it goes through easily without tension, it's done. (be careful, depending on the size of your cuts, you can overcook the fish)
6. Add the soy to the fish juice and mix. You can heat up some oil to and pour it over the top for a sizzling shallot aroma too.
