Making a Metro Boomin Type Beat for The Weeknd from SCRATCH | FL Studio Cookup
213This is me making a Metro Boomin x The Weeknd type beat from scratch in FL Studio. I started the melody with a piano and then added a bunch of different sounds from various VSTs like Omnisphere and Serum. I added some drums from my V5 Stash, and while arranging the beat, I tested it with The Weeknd and Playboi Carti's Timeless acapella. I decided to slow the BPM down and change the hihat bounce to a style that fits The Weeknd better. Comment what you think of this down below!
