Here is a short video of how I make my custom Backing Cards for my Vintage Collector Enamel Pins. Printing, Mounting, & Cutting.
Check out my merch here: https://leftcoastgraphics.bigcartel.com

I print my card back artwork on semi gloss adhesive backed 12" x 19" paper. I then set up a simple jig/guide so I can easily mount the adhesive backed paper to my chipboard. Except for the updated digital printing technology these are made the same way our vintage Kenner action figures card backs were, just on a much smaller scale.

After I have finished mounted the backing card they are now ready to be cut on 'BIG MOMMA' and once the cutting is complete I can then round the corners quite quickly.

Thanks for watching. Feel free to ask any questions or inquire to have your own custom card backs made.
