255Alright, continuing off from part 1 (https://youtu.be/d8suVKCVtpY), the meat has now been prepped, seasoned, and roasted! Now it's time to figure out how to plate this thing along with all of the little side garnishes that are supposed to go with it. In the end, this was the recipe I was trying to follow (https://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/slow-roast-spiced-lamb-shoulder-with-sumac-onions) and... I think I got close? Definitely within like, three standard deviations.
Also, this footage was taken after my photoshoot, and for some reason, it survived the SD card corruption. More or less, had to trim off the sides to the edges go all crazy, but yeah! We got multiple angles for the rest of this garbage fire, including ones that show off my face!
