Mame user ' beta-tester' added some netlist audio support to Sega's Borderline in MAME, giving it sound. Note performance goes from about 200% down to 120% on a 4ghz i7-4790K so on even slightly weaker hardware performance could be borderline (I'll get my coat...) Hookup is subject to change, as there's already a Pull Request open suggesting some sounds are remapped.
