Seems that Nintendo may be dealing with a big time lawsuit from an ex-employee who was hired to dress as Donkey Kong in 2013. Parker Mills who was donning the Donkey Kong outfit while promoting Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D at the Los Angeles Zoo said he was not permitted a break not an ice pack despite requesting them on the hot day.
This then resulted in him having heart problems and then needing serious surgery to correct the complications. Last Monday he took this to court, Nintendo hasn't responded to the issue yet.
