Maniac (also known as Sex Maniac) is a wild, unhinged descent into insanity, madness, and early horror exploitation. The story follows Don Maxwell, a former vaudeville actor turned assistant to a deranged scientist. When the scientist is accidentally killed, Maxwell covers up the crime by assuming his identity and continuing the twisted experiments—spiraling into an increasingly violent and delusional mental breakdown.
