Windows has a sound manager that allows an event handler to make the windows sounds that Win 98 XP Vista and 7 have been defined by.
Linux Manjaro 19.0 has a full sound manager and handler that can do the same thing as the windows version, and i found a way of importing windows 98/XP KDE sounds into the folder that Manjaro uses for it's own sounds.

I can't find anywhere that hosts the Knoppix 5.0.1 KDE sound event files, you could go to distrowatch and download the DVD iso & then manually copy all the sound event files but that would involve downloading and running it.
