4 second move time is always annoying. It can be pretty difficult. Something you can try is to bring a "change the world" type of active so that you have more time. Make sure you have VDP and study the board like I did. Bicolor boards help a ton and Dark Metatron was really easy, especially with her bicolor. Use a damage boost if able.
