So, here's one hell of a song as my send off to December 2019, 2019 as a whole, and the 2010s. Good-bye 2019 and the 2010s, and despite all that went wrong these last ten years, I'm super thankful for all I was able to do this year. I started my YouTube Channel in 2013, started making music in 2016, and started this project in 2019. And that's just a six year span relating to music, I haven't talked specifics. I'm happy with all I was able to do.

I feel this song is, and always has been, signification of the end of an era, however wrong that may be sometimes. This is my marker for the end of 2019, and will be my last music video for the 2010s as a whole, so that's definitely a signifying factor, at least in my case. And, I've always loved this song. It sounds pretty damn emotional, especially for a game that's so plainly titled Mario Kart 64, and on top of that a kart racer. But, it worked as my last cover for 2019.

I want to thank you all who have stayed on this journey with me for being a part of this at all. I'm happy with all I've been able to achieve, and it's thanks to all of you that I am even able to at all, so thank you all so much. I mean it. I hope there are many years to come with this project. I've got a lot planned for just the first year of the 2020s, so keep an eye out every week. And, of course, enjoy my final video of 2019 and the 2010s! :)

Also, just letting you know, this will be the last cover with this specific sound. I'm upgrading my drum sounds to be using Superior Drummer 3 starting next year. I don't use real drums because I don't have the equipment to properly record drums, as a result I rely on drum machines such as EZDrummer and Superior Drummer, but I know Superior Drummer has a much nicer sound compared to EZDrummer, which is why I'm upgrading.

I also have plans to try streaming my recording or writing parts for my covers over on my Twitch page. I'm not likely to consistently stream, but I will make an effort to do it as consistently as I can. I will be announcing my streams an hour or so in advance of actually starting a stream, so if you keep an eye on my community tab or have notifications turned on (hit that bell), then you should be able to catch me doing some streaming. I will be uploading stream highlights on my second channel (Xythisdi) if there is enough demand for them. I'll be discussing this more in a video on December 31st, so keep an eye out for those updates! And of course, stay awesome Dragonites!
