I show you something I may have played once at a Chuck E Cheese's and I was longing to play again for years. It was either this or its predecessor, but this game is just Mario Kart Arcade GP 1 with additional content, like two new characters (Waluigi and Mametchi the Tamagotchi, the latter probably added to coincide with the then-recent merge between Bandai and Namco), personal karts for everyone that slightly reduce acceleration in exchange for higher top speed, two new cups, and a color commentary that won't shut up.
Also... I kept losing, but as I've already showed you various racers that weren't in MKAGP1, I decided to instead try various different stat combinations. The personal karts of the Strong Accleration characters (Peach, Yoshi, and Blinky) have the same stats as the standard karts of the Easy Control characters (Mametchi, Mrs. Pac-Man, and Toad). And the personal karts of the Balanced characters (Mario, Luigi, Pac-Man, and Waluigi) are a direct downgrade from the standard karts of the High Speed characters (Wario, Donkey Kong, and Bowser) because the latter have one more weight point than the former but have otherwise identical stats.
No copyright infringement intended. This game was developed and apparently published by Bandai Namco Games, but as Nintendo licensed out the Mario franchise name and several characters, they are probably also considered the authors for the purposes of copyright.
