The title says "Restored-ish" since it's 60% restored samples and 40% original samples. I used the Mario Kart Sample List from the NEWER VGM Sources spreadsheet to find most of the samples.

Samples that I used:
Piano - "Acoustic Piano" from Korg TRITON (Confirmed)
Background Pad - Custom Patch (Warm Pad + Smoothy Pad from Korg TRITON) + Original Sample (EQ'd) (Unknown/Could not find)
Secondary Pad - "Future Syn Pad" from Korg TRITON (Confirmed)
"Weird Clicking Noise" - Original Sample + 09 render 005 (Zero-G Groove Construction → Drum Kits → Euro Techno → Hits & FX) (Random sample)
Kick - Original Sample (EQ'd) (Spreadsheet says bdeHOE36019hard 1 from Ueberschall House Essentials, but I couldn't get it to sound right.)
Hi-Hats - Standard Kit 2 from Korg TRITON (Random sample)
"Wee-o"/Synth Pad - Original (EQ'd)
Snare - 35 render 003 (Zero-G Groove Construction → Drum Kits → Hip-Hop → Snare) (Closest sample I could find, pitched up by +85 cents and EQ'd, spreadsheet says "unknown")
