This video shows how I edited the normal WiFi course selection to include maps that normally can't be played on WiFi, including maps like Block Fort. This particular video shows me racing around in Block Fort on WiFi with another opponent.
P.S. On my computer, the video seems to be out of sync with the audio. Also, ignore any background chatter.
