Simply Place the .PKG File into the root of the USB, and Install it via Package Manager on any CFW.HEN PS3 and let the good times roll.

I Patched this dump 3x with patches that I thought improved the game play or added back items originally found in the game.

-Wilds Title Card & Sprites Patch

This patch restores the original Sunset Wilds title card & sprites back to the American version of this game, so now the Shy Guys are wearing their Native American war bonnets once again.

-Better Colors Patch
Thanks to: Langeweile
The original palettes were too bright due to the lack of backlighting on the original Gameboy Advance so this effectively fixes that.

-Mario Kart: Super Circuit - Localized Voices
Thanks to: Emilianomario27
This patch aims to replace those voice differences with their localized counterparts, more specifically, Charles Martinet’s role as both Luigi and Wario, Leslie Swan as Princess Peach and Isaac Marshall as Toad, as well as replacing the announcer’s “congratulations” voice clip with Charles as Mario, to match Mario Kart 64’s localized voices once more.
