Custom Mario Kart's Overview:'Moonlight Downtown is WiiLuigi's 10th custom track. The players start in a metal cage and then go through a city surrounded by water. There are many boost panels and houses, which players can cut through.'

The track is made by WiiLuigi. It has a city theme. The track is complete with working minimap, intro and CPU AI. The track is simple to understand because it is straight forward. There are oil spills, Goombas and crates. The background is dark and the buildings are similar to Moonview Highway's. Overall this is a great track.
