Hello guys! Here's a totally spontaneous and unplanned update for you :P

Thanks to XeR, we can now compete on custom tracks in a worldwide style environment. How does it work? It's actually really simple; we connect under an unused region then search for a regional/continental race. No regular players can get onto this region, so none can join. So we effectively have an exclusive CT region all to ourselves, unless Nintendo decides it's a bad idea and shuts us down.

To search for players, simply go on WFC and select "Custom Tracks Worldwide". You may have to be patient with it; remember this is very new so there won't be too many people on. It's good to try searching from around 7pm onwards (GMT), as that's when most people are home.

Live views of CTs do not work, and may freeze you. If you freeze, simply reset and try again. (This is fixed in the latest update, actually.)

Nowadays you can check out the online status of CTGP, and see how many people are on CTWW by going to http://www.chadsoft.co.uk/online-status/

Anyways, enjoy playing against other CT players. Remember to race fairly; don't go glitching or trolling. Also, avoid Random and regular tracks; people actually want to play CTs, that's why they're there :P (All fixed in later updates!)
