So... I don't usually make a video every time there's an update to the CTGP, but today I have good reason. The CTGP version is now 4.4. If anyone's been following the numbering system in the past, you'd know that the amount of tracks in the update is equal to 10x the version number. So 2.8 = 28 tracks. Makes sense. But 4.4 = 44 tracks. Now, how does that work...?

Well, it works because of Chadderz, as you may have guessed, and Riivolution's rather nice ability to "add" files to the disc. As a result, it means the disc can be expanded. And yes, you figured it out, that means we can add more tracks than what already exist.

The best part about this update is that not a single normal track has been overwritten. That means there are a whopping 76 different race tracks you can choose from right now, and every single one of them work on the Wi-Fi connection. (Please tell me if that's NOT true, but I'm pretty sure we tried them all.)

But this system is still very much a beta and is a beta for a reason, cause it has bugs and is not as smooth as I might've liked. This video demonstrates how to play the tracks, and how to get them working in time trials, etc.

Also in this video is a beta version of my latest CT, one that I've been working on for a while, but I don't have all the required tools to complete, and it's called Six King Labyrinth. It requires a ton of improvements but it doesn't look like I'll be able to make them soon, and since it's been sitting on my computer gathering dust, I thought I may as well include it as a freebie. It's in the CTGP download, if anyone cares to try it out. Music used on the track is Protocol Ruins from Digimon World 3/2003.

And at the end is a very small appearance of DS Waluigi Pinball by MKD, and yeah, it's also in the pack ;)

In the future, when the CT Expansion stuff is finally completed properly, there won't be any need for codes and buttons to change menus around, everything will run a lot more smoothly. Look forwards to it, and in the meantime, enjoy this small stop-gap with some fresh new tracks!
