This test was performed using the Dolphin emulator version 4.0-1522. The ISO used was RMCE01 and was patched to allow access to the custom server. The video was upscaled from the Wii internal resolution to standard HD for bitrate sakes. It looks similar to how the Wii U outputs a Wii signal.

The test was done using the following hardware:
Core i7-4770K, AMD Radeon HD 6950, Windows 8.1 update 1 x64, Kinivo Bluetooth
Controlled like always with the original Wii Remote + Nunchuck

If you are wondering how to run it you basically need some way to run a custom ISO on whatever you are using. Dolphin just needs the ISO patched while original Wii hardware needs the ISO patched, homebrew, and a USB loader. (there are videos on youtube explaining how to make/run backups).
